Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Planning
ScheduleEvery three years, starting on or before January 31, 1992, utilities must file an integrated resource plan containing a report on the previous three years and forecasts for the next 20-year period.
Policy AreaDemand Side Management Reporting
ScheduleMonthly data regarding implementation of demand-side programs must be filed quarterly with the Commission. A utility may also file annually one application requesting certification by the Commission of all demand-side resource activities proposed by the utility for implementation during the program year.
